Enrique has a degree in Industrial Engineer (2008) by the “Universidad Interactiva y a Distancia del Estado de Guanajuato” (Mexico). He holds a Master's in Food Science and Technology at the Autonomous University of Querétaro (Mexico) . Currently he is a student of the PhD program “Food Science and Nutrition” by the University of Barcelona. Predoctoral researcher with a fellowship from National Council for Science and Technology of Mexico (CONACyT).
