Denine Cimmons Stracker, MPH, RDN
Denine is a Registered Dietitian, having completed the Dietetics Didactic Program at New York University (2009), and Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian/Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center (2009) in New York City. Denine has a Masters of Public Health (MPH) with an emphasis in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in the United States (2013).
Currently, Denine teaches nutition classes and develops curricula for higher education in both nutrition and public health. She serves as the Country Representative of Spain for the International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and writes nutrition and health articles for American press outlets.
Denine serves as part of the INnovating the JOY of Eating (INJOY) EIT Health Summer School administration and grant writing team for the Biomarkers and Nutritional & Food Metabolomics research group.
