MASS SPECTROMETRY PLATFORM for metabolomic analysis of biomarkers and metabolic profiles:

  • Targeted metabolomic analysis conducted by:
    • LC-MS/MS triple quadrupole for targeted detection and quantification of biomarkers of intake and health by MRM: UHPLC-QqQ-MS/MS (API 3000)
    • High sensitivity QTRAP Technology for targeted detection and quantification of biomarkers of intake and health with capacity for producing MS3 fragmentation (API 4000, API 6500)
  • Non-targeted metabolomic analysis by LC-MS: HPLC-ESI-Q-ToF-MS (QSTAR Elite)
  • Identification/confirmation of potential biomarkers using MSn fragmentations: UHPLC-LTQ-FT-Orbitrap MS (LTQ Orbitrap Velos). BIORMARKER PANEL (metabolite groups up to 600 validated biomarkers).

 

NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE PLATFORM for global analysis of metabolic profile:

  •   NMR-driven metabolomics target analysis: Varian Inova 500 MHz Bruker Avance III 600 MHz
  • Identification and quantification of a validated biomarkers panel in biological samples (from 70/80 metabolites)
